"You apply this goopy layer and let it dry, and that gel does absorb and dry pretty quickly, and then you sleep in it. The idea is that the next day when you rip it off, it's supposed to leave your skin more hydrated, more supple, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and improve skin complexion and overall skin texture and tone. It contains hydrolized collagen that acts as a humectant to improve skin hydration, also contains hyaluronic acid as well as niacinamide and peptides that help with the skin barrier. Niacinamide and peptides can also better support skin rejuvenation along with centella that is soothing and calming. When I think of these masks, especially with the name collagen, what it's not going to do is support your skin's own production of collagen. The way these masks work when you're using it as an overnight mask is really mostly improving that skin hydration, skin barrier health, and then indirectly your skin is going to look healthier, more plump, and less wrinkly. These masks are really fun to do and great to instantly improve your skin radiance and tone, great if you're looking for a quick pick-me-upper like before an event or something like that."

If you wear it overnight it's not going to be messy and it's not going to mess up your pillow. It doesn't have any irritating ingredients like the bubble mask does. "This is my favorite mask of the year, actually got me back into masking because I definitely dropped off masking halfway through the year but the Medic Cube Collagen Night Wrapping Mask, I just love it. This is an overnight peel off mask designed to enhance skin elasticity, hydration, and radiance whilst you sleep. It creates this film that not only contains ingredients to help restore and maintain your skin barrier but creates a physical barrier so all your skincare can just work overnight without that water loss and hydration loss that we all experience throughout the night. It has collagen extract in which, yes, it doesn't penetrate the skin but it's a great humectant so it can help with the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles giving you firmer looking skin, alongside hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate in this case. We have niacinamide as well to help even out your skin tone, brighten skin, help with excess sebum production but also help strengthen skin barrier as well. Along with ceramides to help maintain the skin's natural barrier, again further preventing moisture loss and enhancing hydration. I love this because I can put it on at the end of the day after my skincare routine, it dries in an hour, but I then don't have to wait to wash it off or anything like that. I can go to bed, I can sleep in."

"I was shocked at how much I loved this. This is a mask that you can leave on for about 15 minutes or however long it takes to dry or you can wear this overnight. They say in here you have hyaluronic acid and niacinamide to provide 8 hours of hydration locking in natural moisture and strengthening the skin barrier for a healthy complexion. We have niacinamide to help with uneven skin tone and brighten the skin. What I love about this one is it's almost watery, so whilst it makes it a little bit fiddly to apply, what that watery texture actually helps is you get a more even spread. You don't end up with random areas where thicker mask takes longer to dry down, whereas with the Medic Cube one it's very very difficult to apply thick layers because it is so light. They actually recommend using this in place of your moisturizer, especially in the evening."

"It feels like skin and you can sleep on your pillow. This uses collagen to really add that dewy plump glow. You can leave this on just until it's dry, maybe like an hour, it dries in like 15 minutes but you can leave on like an hour then peel it away and I feel like you get the same effect as you do if you left that on overnight. I really really really liked this one. This is another mask I have backups of just for those special occasions if my skin is especially dry, going into winter."
