So if you're in the bathroom and you're doing some stuff you can have this on in the bathroom. You can treat specific areas on your body for signs of aging or discoloration. But if you have muscle pain, light therapy can help with pain as well. So sometimes if my lower back is bothering me I will put this on my lower back and just sit in front of it and watch TV. And I'm telling you, with a couple of uses, with using this on the back or like an area where you're experiencing pain, it really does help to relieve pain. It really does. It's amazing."
