"I tried this several times with different concealers and powders under my eyes wondering if it was just interacting with a certain product, but it seems to be this formula. It's not the worst smudging I've ever seen, but it does happen to me every time, within the first few hours of wearing it, which is enough to make me not want to reach for this because my absolute favorite mascaras don't do that."
