    What the gurus are saying

Gentleness is what reviewers keep coming back to, framed as the whole point of the category: eye creams are meant to be a soft step, not a dramatic fix for crow's feet or discoloration. It won't cause milia and comes in a generous tube rather than a pot, which reviewers genuinely love.

"I do like this eye cream. It's very gentle, which is one of the biggest things people get wrong about eye creams, they assume they'll be more intense and target crow's feet or discoloration, but eye creams are made to be gentle. I don't think you'll see as much in terms of results, but it's more of an eye cream that probably won't lead to milia. It's a nice big size and gentle, and it reminded me how much I miss it. Very nice, super easy to use eye cream, no pot required."

"Tranexamic acid reduces inflammation, can help fade some dark circles. Glutathione will brighten the under eye, and it's also got some really great anti-aging benefits too, to just sort of lift. Be consistent twice a day, every day. That's when you're going to get the best results from this. [...] If you're on a budget and you want to dip your toe into Korean skincare so you feel like you're not missing out, this is the product that I would recommend. I love it."

"This is the Marian May Tranexamic Acid and Glutathione Eye Cream. I love this one so so much. It depuffs. It reduces any under eye discoloration and it really nourishes and hydrates. So if you're somebody that likes to use a little under eye concealer on a morning, this is like one of the great primers that'll just help snatch everything, smooth it out, and your makeup will go on flawlessly on top of it."
