"This one has the red plus near infrared light technology so the red light at a 660 nanometer and the near infrared at an 850 nanometer. You can use it up to 9 minutes so 1, 3, 6, and 9 minutes which is great. There's still a pulse setting with this to allow your skin care to absorb better. I love the panels for specific body parts. Sean actually uses this as well when he has sore muscles and he always says that it works pretty well."
