What the gurus are saying

The experts who tested it found it works well for both winged liner and everyday lining, with enough precision to sketch a clean line or smudge soft shapes along the lash line. One tester praised its lighter shades for brightening the waterline and inner corner without closing off smaller eyes, while a darker shade worked to define and blend the lower lash line for a pulled-together look.

"I'm going to use a liner today, this is by Makeup Forever, it's in the color ebony, so it should bring this whole look together. I'm going to do it in the lower lash line on either side and smudge it up so it kind of blends. See how that just kind of brought it together. For my waterline I'm going to use the color sand, it's also in Makeup Forever, but it just gives my waterline a bit of a pop. I have really small eyes, so tight lining with a darker color just tends to close up my eyes, but using a lighter color just gives them that pop. I'm also going to do a little bit in the inner corner just to brighten things up. It just kind of wakes up your eyes, especially in the evening."

"This is from Makeup Forever. I think every brand has it. This is what I use to basically do a wing liner or just do a basic liner sketch pen type."
