"Is it just me, or none of these look matte? They look metallic, more like shimmer. They do look beautiful though, and I like these kinds of products because they neutralize the lid and work as a great base. But I haven't been excited by anything from Makeup by Mario for a while, these look absolutely fine, but I'm not overly jumping out my seat to buy or try, and I don't think you need to spend $25 to get a metallic long-lasting base on your eyelid."

Now, this is a little bit deeper than what I typically go for on an everyday basis, but I think it's going to add something really chic and cool to the look. [...] You'll see it just like deepens the tone slightly around my eyes, but it's not too much of a stark contrast to look unnatural. Because these kind of act as an eye primer, I'm not going to set the eyelids with powder prior because I feel like this is going to do the trick. It's just a slightly deeper shade than my natural skin tone, so it does give like a little bit of a contoured effect, but it's super subtle."
