It goes on like a cream and it also dries down and doesn't budge throughout the day. "I tried the Makeup Forever Aqua Resist Color Pencil in the shade Bronze. This is much like the Marc Jacobs Highliners—it's a retractable pencil so you twist the bottom and the product comes up. It comes in the prettiest shades. I have it on today and look at that gorgeous color. These really stay on well and these are waterproof as well, so they work really well in your waterline. I wear contacts, and when I put on my eyeliner, if I use some other brands that aren't waterproof, it coats my contacts with eyeliner and then I've got this film over my contacts and I can't see. I don't have any kind of film forming on my contacts with these."
