It probably is the exact same as Skinceuticals if not very close, but it also contains hyaluronic acid like the other two and an added blend of botanical extracts. This also comes in an opaque bottle and a dropper bottle format like Skinceuticals, which is not my top preference as I favor the Drunk Elephant packaging. This is also a clean and fragrance free product and paraben free. This is a very reasonable place to start if even the Drunk Elephant is a stretch for your budget. My major downside to this is the lack of transparency in terms of the percentages and I do not know the pH of this product, which is such a crucial point for this particular ingredient.
