"This is a 24-hour matte foundation with oil control. As a person who is a little bit on the oily side, it's not ridiculously matte and it's not a ridiculously drying formula. I tend to prefer my foundations to be a little bit more on the satin side, and this is a beautiful, beautiful formula. It creates a flawless base for your makeup and it stays put all day. When they say 24-hour wear they mean it. The main reason it's described as a matte foundation with oil control is that it absolutely stays looking exactly the way you applied it all day long. This is the foundation that I choose when I know that I need something to last and perform. It has a very sort of mousey texture to it. If you are extremely dry it may settle into certain areas, so you want to make sure that you are really taking your skin prep seriously."
