"It's adherent, and [...] if it gets on a glass you better come in there with the Dawn power wash spray to get it off. I wanted to use it with eyeliner, which I don't regularly wear, [...] to test it with a really tenacious lipstick. [...] Smearing this on a dry face as you would with an oil cleanser, it doesn't glide over the skin as efficiently, so you need to use a bit more product to get good coverage, and it's not as pleasurable an experience, but it can be done."
