"The velvet lipsticks are probably the best velvet matte lipsticks ever. The pigment is unreal. It applies so evenly and it still has this lightweight feeling. It's very difficult to create something that's incredibly pigmented that's also got this beautiful lightweight feeling on the lips. It's not going to overpower the lips or make them feel incredibly dried out. My only criticism is I would like some lighter shades."

These are the True Velvet color, which is interesting since it went best cream when it's technically more of a matte formula. I have quite the collection of her lipsticks and used Velvet Fawn, a beautiful nudie pink. I literally need to do a dedicated Lisa Eldridge video because you can do a full face of her stuff now."
