Liquid Silk Eyeshadow.

"First of all, beautiful color. Have you ever seen anything blend out so beautifully? Like a cream eyeshadow blend out into like the most beautiful like sheer wash of even stunning gunmetal. You can also build on top of it. It's not like those cream eyeshadows or eye paints that just thicken up and then you can't build on top of it. This color really spoke to me when I first tried it because it's just like not your typical shade. When I look at the pearl it looks like there's little bits of lavender pearl in there which just gives it this something a little bit different. It's not like a strictly dark gray black base and then a silver pearl. There's just something different about it."

I want you to take this dusky purple, Ione, I believe I'm pronouncing that right, which is like this mauvy gray tone, cold lilac almost. And Gaia, which is like a brown that has some bronzy warmth to it."

"Liquid eyeshadows tend to dry out super quick, so a lot of the time they make a good eyeshadow primer themselves. With the Lisa Eldridge liquid eyeshadows, you put some on your eyelid and get the basic eyelid shape down. Before it dries down, you blend it. You might see some of the color on the lid fade slightly, and that's fine because you can go back over once you have blended. I do little strokes at a time. You can use a flat blending brush to do some really precise blending. We don't want to go crazy and start blending it out everywhere. We can always add powder to this if we want to bring it out a little bit more. Anywhere where the eyeshadow has come away or it's a little bit patchy, you just go back in and tap and build up that liquid eyeshadow. I prefer tapping because some liquid eyeshadows, not this one, but a lot of maybe more..."
