What the gurus are saying

Gurus praise Lily Silk pillowcases for their smooth texture, which minimizes sleep wrinkles and facial creasing, especially for side sleepers. The cool-touch fabric is noted as a bonus for hot sleepers. The main reservation is the premium price point, though reviewers suggest the benefit justifies the cost for those concerned about sleep-induced skin damage.

"I use Lily Silk pillowcases and they're nice. But whenever you do a pillowcase in silk you pay more, but if you're a side sleeper like myself, totally worth it because when I wake up with a regular pillowcase those sleep wrinkles are real. We've seen it published in plastic surgery journals that these sleep wrinkles over time when you have frictional rubbing and pressure on your face you can get static wrinkles or reds that don't go away, permanent wrinkles from laying on your side for so long and so consistently. They lead to wrinkles that just stay there, not just right after you wake up but throughout the day. A silk pillowcase can help relieve the tension and pressure on your face so you wake up refreshed and without those sleep wrinkles."

"My husband is a hot sleeper and loves this cool touch fabric for sleeping. Lily Silk was kind enough to gift us a second set of pillowcases for our guest room."
