This Lanz Water Bank Aqua Facial uses lactic acid and glycolic acid but in a lesser amount. BHA salicylic acid does not make your skin more photosensitive and PHA gluconolactone in here also is not a photosensitizing ingredient. They're also using other ingredients like enzymes such as protease that help to loosen up the excessive oil and keratin that hold on to the dead skin cells that get trapped inside your pores and create texture and clogged pores. This helps the acids work more efficiently without bumping up the percentage of the acids. It's a really smart formula. It's a very thin liquidy almost gel-like texture, kind of feels like an essence or a toner. This is a leave on product, so you put it on kind of like a serum in your skincare routine. When you wake up, your skin is smoother, it's softer, it's brighter, it's more rejuvenated. When I use this product especially consistently, and for me that's like once a week, I notice that my skin is retaining a lot more hydration as well. It's just generally looking better. And I think the rest of my skincare products are just working better because I'm getting that nice gentle dose of consistent exfoliation without blasting my skin. It's a mid-range priced product. It's definitely in the middle and it's Sephora pricing for sure. I bought this in January. We're in June now. I still have quite a bit of product. I use this consistently once or twice a week. It has a very precise dropper at the bottom and a plunger button on top so it very precisely doses just the right amount of product. It actually goes a long way. You can get a lot of use from it, and the packaging is incredibly smart because you're going to be able to utilize all of the product very effectively."
