    What the gurus are saying

Blue hyaluronic acid, Lancôme's supposedly smaller molecular form, is said to penetrate more effectively than traditional hyaluronic acid, delivering hydration that feels plumping and weightless rather than heavy or sticky. Skin feels noticeably soft with quick absorption and minimal residue, even when layered with tretinoin routines. The lightweight, non-tacky texture works well for those with normal, combination, or dry skin.

"I also really love and recommend Lancôme's their blue hyaluronic acid cream moisturizer. It contains blue hyaluronic acid and blue hyaluronic acid is new hyaluronic acid essentially made by Lancôme and it's much much smaller in size compared to traditional hyaluronic acid which basically means that you can get deeper into your skin offer more hydrating plumping benefits. But this is a really nice cream, not heavy, very hydrating. I actually have been loving this. Great for honestly normal skin, combination skin, dry skin. I think it's really suitable because it does not leave a heavy tacky feel."

"This is a light cream but it's got different blends of hyaluronic acid. It's creamy nourishing but to me does not feel very heavy, and I love the fact that it absorbs very quickly and leaves really minimal residue. So after I apply this I will wait for a few minutes and then go on with my tretinoin. I have not had any issues with this product."

"I love skincare samples and those little tiny products like gifts with purchase because they make great skincare that you can pack since often they're TSA friendly and they're small, so you can easily pack them in your carry-on bag."

"The next moisturizer if you are looking for something a little bit more extra more intense is from Lancôme and it's the blue hyaluronic acid cream moisturizer. Blue hyaluronic acid is something uniquely formulated by Lancôme and basically is just a different size of hyaluronic acid, like 10,000 times smaller than the traditional hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is basically a great humectant that helps to plump our skin, it's what our skin makes naturally to keep it plump and hydrated and also what we lose as we get older. The problem with hyaluronic acid is that it's a really big molecule, and even though it's great at absorbing water, if it's in skin care the traditional way it doesn't really get absorbed past the stratum corneum, so it just sits on top and so it's less effective at keeping your skin overall hydrated or definitely cannot add to that plumping effect. With blue hyaluronic acid, it's supposedly even smaller, so it's better able to penetrate the skin. I am a big fan of their cream."

"I move on to my moisturizers, so first I use Lancôme's waterbank blue hyaluronic cream. The first time I used this I woke up and I thought my skin was a baby's bottom, it was so soft. Everyone on set started using them and becoming addicted and got them all hooked."
