What the gurus are saying

This serum sunscreen lives up to its name, it melts into skin so quickly it feels like air rather than a traditional sunscreen, with a pleasant dewy finish that makes daily wear effortless. Dermatologists praise the niacinamide content and how it absorbs without any heaviness, though the higher price tag gives some pause about whether the formula justifies the cost.

"I also just picked up La Roche-Posay's Anthelios UV Air. This is light as air, and I find it wonderful for just layering again and again throughout the day. I don't think you can get this in the US."

"This is a chemical UV filter sunscreen, and when they call it UV Air I thought they were being pretty confident, but it really is like air, it's a serum like sunscreen that acts like skin care. It has nice niacinamide, it's a higher price point, but it melts away into the skin so quickly, just a couple of swipes and it's gone. I can wear this every day, it feels weightless, and it has a nice little dewy glow. This has been a lifesaver this summer."

"I give it a four out of five star rating. Everything about it I really like. I personally don't mind the shiny plasticky look, but I know many of you detest it. I personally love Niacinamide. I get along really well with it. It does really well with my skin. I actually appreciate benefits using it and I love hyaluronic acid. I really like this formula for me personally, but I do not like the price point. So I would deduct points for that alone. It's logically formulated, high performance."
