What the gurus are saying

Most gurus praised this as a genuinely useful refresher, especially at the beach or in hot weather to cool skin and ease tightness from sunscreen buildup. They found it soothing for minor burns and calming post-cleanse. One expert noted it's not essential but works well layered under hydrating serums or hyaluronic acid in dry climates. The formula includes a probiotic ferment, and gurus flagged that past pump issues appear resolved. Best used when people want a hydrating mist between applications, not as a standalone treatment.

"If you're hot at the beach and you want a nice hydrating spray while you're hanging out, this is a nice spray to cool down. If you want to do this at night before you go to bed and you want to get a nice hydrating moisturizer or serum to help lock in and absorb all that moisture you got from this, go right ahead. But if you have a burn, this is also really nice to just soothe. This is a very calming soothing spray that you could consider."

"I'm a big fan of the La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water. Every time I'm traveling I always use it before I go on a beach. What I do is I put it in the fridge, pull it down and then put it in an ice pack, and if I'm out there I use it to spray just to cool down, and in case somebody gets a sunburn it's a nice cooling spray to have. It always comes in handy."

"You don't need it, it does feel nice to spray, and if you're especially somebody who likes to spray water before you apply your hyaluronic acid, this is something that can give you that added boost. You don't need it, but if you're extra you might like it, extra in the summer. I love it, I love doing like a thermal spring water spray and then like a hyaluronic acid drippy and then like a lightweight moisturizer, like if I'm in Arizona or Colorado somewhere horribly dry and barren, that will save my skin."

"I'm a fan of soothing waters, so sometimes I like to incorporate La Roche-Posay's thermal water into my routine after cleansing."

"You can bring this to the beach and freshen up your skin because sometimes if you're outside for a long period of time in the summer and you're wearing sunscreen daily and you keep reapplying it, it can make your skin feel really tight. This just gives that nice refreshment and that moisture to the skin. Great to use on top of your makeup and sunscreen throughout the day. This is one of my favorites for sure."

"It's soothing the skin and it also has that probiotic ferment which is there to help feed our natural microbiome. It is super affordable. When I first purchased this about a year or two ago they had real problems with the pump and it was just squirting off into my face, where they seem to have resolved that, which is great. It's a nice little mist and I think this is a great product."
