Lipikar Triple Repair Moisturizing Cream.

"This is a true straight up dry skin cream. Don't touch this if you have oily skin. If you have combination skin that does not feel dry, don't touch this cream. I have sort of a love-hate with this one. I fluctuate with this a lot. In the winter I really like it, I love it, my skin enjoys it so much. In any other season it's way too heavy for me, it's too thick and it can actually sometimes cause some congestion on my skin when I use it in the wrong season. But it is a really great dry skin moisturizer. It's fantastic for your skin barrier because the ingredients are very minimal. La Roche-Posay is all about sensitive skin, so they focus in on Shea Butter, very nourishing, niacinamide which is barrier restorative, as well as some ceramide and pea in here. It's a very thick, very dense type of cream, it is very, very rich. It has very good absorbency into the skin. You're going to feel a bit of a glossiness at the top and then there is a really nice occlusive, very good seal it in factor. It's moisturizing deep within but it's also creating a very good protective layer on top of your skin."

"I've been doing a lot this winter is mixing in a little small amount of the triple repair moisturizing cream from La Roche-Posay. This is such a nourishing, really moisturizing, quite thick and heavy cream that feels so good when my skin is really, really dry. It's not always the most appropriate for my skin which fluctuates with the seasons, so sometimes I like to just balance out that really heavier texture with a more medium texture. This cream also seems to help give a little bit more occlusivity to my skin, which I can't emphasize enough how important that is when it's windy. It just feels like the right amount of moisture, the right amount of thickness to seal everything in."

"I'm going in for the La Roche-Posay Lipikar Triple Repair Moisturizing Cream. This whole routine is quite thick. I have to tell you my skin is so dry, and I don't always use this moisturizer because I have said in the past that it does sometimes give me some congestion, so I am tempting a little bit. But I have to say my dryness is overriding my desire for less congestion on my skin, so this is something that I've been doing a few nights a week just to really amp up the moisture and the protection, and that just feels so good."
