"I am a huge fan of the Lipikar line in general. This one has wonderful ingredients including La Roche-Posay's thermal spring water that we know is soothing and calming, glycerin, shea butter, and niacinamide. What is unique about this one is that in addition to those, it also contains 1% colloidal oatmeal. We know that colloidal oatmeal is soothing and calming and it actually has been shown clinically to help reduce the intensity of eczema flares. Texture-wise this is very similar to the Lipikar AP+M but has the added ingredient of the oatmeal, and I think it's a great one to consider if you are currently experiencing an eczema flare. This moisturizer itself can be very soothing, it's very nourishing, and can really help to reduce the itching and the inflammation from eczema."
