"If I have to land on just one specific one, this is going to be the one. I love it because it's really light. It uses zinc oxide and titanium dioxide for that broadspectrum UV protection. And I love that it's tinted because it has iron oxides which matter specifically for mature skin dealing with melasma hyperpigmentation like me. Iron oxides in this tinted sunscreen help protect against visible light, includes blue light such as from your tablets and lights in the house and computers. If you suffer with pigmentation like I do, tinted sunscreen becomes like a staple in your skincare routine. And the texture is where this one really earns its place. It's genuinely elegant, lightweight, which makes consistent daily wear actually realistic because the best sunscreen is always the one that you're actually going to put on."

"La Roche-Posay makes a variety of tinted sunscreens. I typically don't recommend those because La Roche-Posay's tinted ones, for the most part, I found are very orangey. [...] I did buy the tinted version of this and it is orange. So I never used it. I don't remember what I did with it, but I wanted to mention that because I don't want people to be disappointed trying them."

"There's no white cast whatsoever and it's extremely lightweight and breathable. It can feel a little tiny bit tackier, but it's a really great option. This has a lot more skincare ingredients like vitamin C in the form of a vitamin C ester which can help with antioxidant activity as well as help brighten. It also has vitamin E which works synergistically with that vitamin C, hyaluronic acid to help your skin retain moisture, and babol and ginger root which can help to calm down the skin and also decrease the appearance of redness. In my mind this is not just a sunscreen, it's like sunscreen plus skincare. It does contain a lot of brightening and calming agents that I think would be great for you if you struggle with dark spots."

"This has been highly recommended by so many dermatologists; it's pretty much the go-to for every dermatologist. People are probably not going to be happy with me talking about this, but I'm going to. La Roche-Posay Anthelios: the second ingredient is denatured alcohol, which means it's at a very high percentage. There are no other actives in this product that are going to give you any additional benefits to the skin. It is a chemical sunscreen, which is fine if that was the only thing worth it. The only plus point of this product is that it is fragrance free. For me, this is another note, especially for the price point."

"Right now it's what I'm wearing. I put a little bit in the center of my face to even things out and I think it looks fabulous. For an SPF, I get a zero out of zero because I cannot wear this as an SPF. I cannot wear enough to get the coverage to wear it as an SPF. But as a makeup, I'm going to give it a 5 out of 5. I'm wearing it almost every day now, just a tiny bit. It looks flawless. It has a nice glow to it. It's a little transferable, but for the price, this has become a makeup surprise."
