"That is the La Mer beauty oil, it's very popular among people who wear full coverage foundation and among makeup artists, primarily focused on adding a layer of oil to the skin to help seal in moisture. I don't have as big of a problem with that one as I do the moisturizers, but it's still crazy priced, it's very expensive, and in my opinion beauty oils aren't necessary in a skincare routine, because that just means your moisturizer isn't powerful enough or isn't providing the hydration your skin needs. I would never recommend that product. If your skin isn't moisturized enough just from your moisturizer, it's time to find a new moisturizer that will provide that hydration, not add a face oil for the luxury aspect of it."
