"One of my favorite eyebrow pencils is the Kosas Brow Pop pencil. It's the one that I use on myself. [...] It has a little spoolie on one end that you can kind of fluff your brows up with to get a general idea of the shape if you have enough hair there to do that, and then it has a nice fine tip that you can use to kind of create little brush-like strokes to fill in your brows.
