"This is the Klairs EGF Blue AC Calming Serum. I was quite surprised to see tea tree oil, an essential oil, in this product, which is technically a fragrance ingredient, though it's a potent antimicrobial ingredient, fantastic especially if your acne is related to bacteria. It has malachite extract, tea tree, LHA which is a more gentle alternative to salicylic acid, and hydrating amino acids, so this is quite a nice formula. But know that even though tea tree oil works for a lot of people, it still is an essential oil, so it still won't work for everyone."
