Combo Balancing Ampule Toner.

What really made me fall in love with it is definitely the amount of hydration that it brings to my skin but also its ability to bring out a really healthy vibrancy to my complexion. It really makes my complexion glow, makes it look really bright and even toned and just really healthy. It's hydrating but it also brings up the quality of your skin as well and the quality of your glow. There's one percent of panthenol in here and this is one of my favorite humectant ingredients. It's very hydrating and very replenishing for skin."

What's particularly helpful about panthenol as an ingredient is that it replenishes skin at those deeper levels."
