When you are placing filler in this area and it gets into that artery, it can cause a vascular occlusion, a blockage. The filler blocking the artery can result in skin death, also known as necrosis. A lot of people end up having permanent disfigurements. I do not recommend this. Is it rare? Yes. Can it happen? Sure. And would I want to play Russian roulette with my own face? No."
