It's a glycerin-based moisturizer with shea butter, which is a naturally occurring butter in skincare derived from the African shea tree. The reason I like shea butter is because it not only helps to soothe your skin and hold on to moisture, it's also rich in antioxidants, so it has vitamin A, vitamin E, and vitamin F.
