What the gurus are saying

This mascara builds dramatic length and volume with minimal effort, thanks to its intensely pigmented black formula that delivers visible results even on a single coat. Gurus praise its staying power through the day without chipping or flaking, and note that the brush loads generously so a light hand goes a long way. It comes in black only, which suits anyone after a no-fuss, high-impact option.

"I would have looked at the brush on the Jones Road mascara and thought I'm not going to like that, but it's actually a brilliant mascara. My only complaint is that it dries out quite quickly, but it gives you lashes and it holds the curl, which is really hard in something that isn't waterproof. I highly recommend it, I will be repurchasing, and I've already bought another one."

"I also really like the mascara this was really pretty and it lasted all day it didn't chip or flake and it gave me really nice like silky long lashes but also increased the volume I always have like the Bobby Brown mascaras and this was no exception"

"My second favorite thing is going to be the mascara. Even though it is flaking under this eye, it's not flaking at all under this eye. One coat it gave me really nice volume, really nice length, no clumps."

"It only comes in Black, it comes in a very very very very black because Jones Road says that anything but black is wimpy. Look at those freaking lashes, man. You don't even need to do lots of wiggle, you don't need to do lots of anything. Look at the difference in the lashes. I don't even need to go in and get more product, I can tell there's a lot of product on it still. Imagine if you did multiple coats. I'm not like a big massive bushy eyelash kind of gal, but look at that."
