"It's anti-inflammatory it's hydrating it's moisturizing it's definitely not greasy however it is a bit on the shiny side which I don't mind. I find that as I wear it that dries down and I really really like it a lot. [...] It's fragrance-free easy to tolerate around the eyes for me didn't have any issue in that regard doesn't peel."
