"I do like to kind of rewet the surface just so that my skincare absorbs more fully. I go ahead and rewet my skin with one of two toners I kind of use these interchangeably. This one is the Isntree Green Tea Toner. Green tea is an antioxidant and it's a really great ingredient to have in your skincare. It's very soothing. I just use it like an essence. I just put a little in the palm of my hand and pat it around my face."
