    What the gurus are saying

A clinical study backing this FDA-cleared red light therapy device shows a 43% increase in total hair count in four months. It boosts scalp circulation, delivering oxygen and nutrients like iron and biotin that hair needs. Both reviewers praise the hands-free convenience and light comfort, though the price tag (around $300-400) is steep, with results emerging in about three months.

"This is expensive, I think like 400 dollars, maybe 300, no 400. I think with my discount you get it for 350. But it does help increase circulation. Red light therapy increases circulation, and when we're looking at the structure of your hair, circulation is super important in giving oxygen to the area and supplying nutrients. So your biotin, your iron, all the things necessary for growing the hair is in your blood. Your circulation, this is all super important because that's how your hormones are getting there as well. That's why red light therapy helps with hair. You don't need to protect your eyes from this because it's not shining in your eyes at all. I do this every other day for about 15, I think it shuts off at 20 minutes actually, but I do feel like this is one of the pieces for me, one that has worked. I did notice after using this, I did a whole experiment on YouTube where I wore this hat for three months every other day."

"It's FDA cleared, heavily vetted for safety, and it's clinically proven. In fact, one study showed a 43% increase in total hair count in just 4 months. The Elite device is really constructed to allow for very comprehensive scalp coverage, getting good coverage of the sides of the scalp and the back of the scalp. I personally love that it's hands-free. It's really easy to do at home and multitask like while you're doing dishes or something. I actually often forget it's even on my head because it's very comfortable, light. You don't even remember that it's up there. It's non-invasive, doesn't involve any medications, and it's as easy as 12 minutes a day. Many people actually start seeing improvement in as little as 3 months. Low-level laser therapy with iRestore Elite can be done in the privacy of your own home and can be paired with other treatments. When it comes to hair loss, a multimodal approach using a couple of different therapies targeting the underlying root causes of your hair loss disorder is really a game changer for turning a corner in your hair growth goals. It can help to get you potentially better results from the therapies that you are currently using. It's been an amazing long-term tool that's easy to fit into your routine and you can feel comfortable doing at home."
