"This is the Vitamin C24 by indeed labs this is actually quite a high concentration of vitamin C but because it's in a silicon dimethicone base it doesn't irritate the way the other equivalent strength water-based vitamin C's would it's also super stable so this isn't going to oxidize as quick as your water-based serums"
