It has ceramides, you get quite a bit of product, and you can use it on the face. It is a little thick, and some people with oily skin may not care for that, but I use it on my face, no problem. So what I prefer is actually lotion. So it's a preference, but I just put it like I use the cream and lotion both together. Uh so I make it as a set.
