What the gurus are saying

This primer delivers both glow and blur without the greasiness, making it a standout hybrid for combination and oily skin. Its serum texture feels tacky at first but sets to a soft-focus finish that reads as fresh rather than matte or dead. Multiple experts praise how it smooths the complexion underneath makeup while letting the skin look naturally radiant, though the price is steep for the amount.

"If you're looking for something that's glowy but also smoothing, you should check out the Iconic London Underglow Blurring Primer. It really is the best of both worlds. It smooths the pores but also leaves your skin looking fresh and glowy. So, for me, it's a nice hybrid, especially if you have oily skin or more combination skin and you want the glow, but you don't want to look greasy, this could be a really great product for you. If you want like a little bit of coverage and an ethereal glow, look no further. This is a pricey product, but it's one of my all-time favorite things ever."

"I'm going to go into the Iconic London Underglow Blurring Primer. My vibe for like anniversary makeup this year is not really to do like more, especially since you guys know I just had my second baby in September. So my vibe is not to do anything like over the top. I just want to look fresh. I want to feel and look like myself."

My Favorite Beauty Products from July 2025 😍
"This is the Iconic London Underglow Blurring Primer. The thing that's really cool about this is it's a little bit of a combination between a blurring and a glowing primer. So it has that hint of glow, but also like when it sets down, it's very smoothing. And it's not a sparkly glow either. You can see it leaves your skin nice and dewy, but then once it sets, it also leaves a smoothness and almost like a soft focus effect underneath your makeup. I've just really been liking it. It's been pairing well with all my different foundations that I've been layering on top. And so I'm starting to understand why everyone has been loving this for so many years."
IT'S TIME! THE BEST MAKEUP OF 2025 🥳
"This is also a great hybrid. Something that gives you glow while still giving you like an airbrushed blurring effect as well. Works great under makeup and is so perfect for when you want that added boost of just a healthy glow to the skin, but you don't want to compromise the longevity of your makeup. It's so so good."

"It creates luminosity to the skin without making your skin look oily. If you don't like primers that end up being a little bit too matte, I've had problems in the past with primers that are supposed to be mattifying or blurring and they just end up either making my skin look dead or they settle into areas weird or they end up making my T-Zone look even more oily somehow. This is such a beautiful primer. It's kind of made me fall in love with primers again. I have a pretty matte base on right now so it's not going to make you look oily. I'm someone who tends to look a little bit oily especially in my T-Zone. I used this all over my face, everywhere I could get oily, and I think I'm looking pretty good. It's really fabulous. It creates that gorgeous smooth base with a little bit of a glow to just kind of compliment whatever foundation you put on top of it. I highly recommend checking it out."

"This was beautiful, this is my first time using it. It has a serum texture, almost like a bit thicker though, like a thick serum and a tiny bit of stickiness to it, but it just looked like pure radiance on my skin. It looked like my skin was glowing. I have oily skin, so I just wanted to make sure I was pushing this into my skin so it sat nicely under my makeup."
