"It has a very thin, slightly damp texture and a strange felt-tip marker-like applicator that makes it difficult to get product out and apply evenly, especially as a precise liner. It dries down matte, and while it does pass the transfer test at first, it's not a long-lasting stain for me, it starts to fade within a couple of hours. So, for me personally, big huge pass."
