What the gurus are saying

Gurus consistently praise this powder for its natural finish, longevity, and seamless blending into skin. The shade range and undertone variety receive repeated appreciation, with Cupcake and Sugar Cookie noted as versatile options. The consensus is that less is more with this formula to avoid over-powdering, and when applied correctly it pairs exceptionally well with foundations and concealers. A few mention noticeable fragrance but view it as a minor trade-off for the overall performance.

"This easy blur and easy bake combo I would always highly recommend because I'm always happy with the finish that I get when I pair the two of them together. The goal for this look for me is never to have like very high definition when it comes to certain parts of my face. It's actually the opposite of that. You guys can even see when you look closely that I still have some of my hyperpigmentation coming through. The ones around my forehead, the ones down the sides of my nose, they're still there. And it's because like especially in daylight, I wish you guys could see this makeup in daylight, but in daylight it looks very minimal. I love it a lot."

"I love how dewy the complexion is, but you know me and my powder. Can't live without it. My Huda Beauty one in the shade Cupcake. I'm just going to press this underneath the eyes. I also love how this has a slight pink undertone to it, which just kind of goes with the vibe of the makeup. I always like to put some powder through my brows. I find that that helps my brow pencil grip onto the skin a little bit better and last longer."

"I'm going to use my Huda Beauty powder. This time, I'm going to use the shade Sugar Cookie, which is the lightest color, and we're going to use this to kind of brighten up and set the under eyes. I personally still love a good setting powder for everyday, especially if you're going outside. It just helps with a bit of longevity. If it's warmer, too, your skin will naturally kind of warm up and melt some of the powder. So, don't be afraid of powder, especially when you're getting ready because it will melt if it's the right formula and if you use the right amount anyway."

"This is the Huda Beauty Easy Bake loose setting powder, it's so good. It gives a flawless finish to any makeup look and I couldn't agree more, it's just perfection. The shade biscuit is so perfect for me. It does come in additional shades but this one is like not too cool, not too warm, it's just incredible. This is something that I would gift to somebody, it's so beautiful."

"My Huda Beauty powder, my holy grail. I'm just going to take that Huda Beauty Easy Bake Loose Setting Powder in the shade Cupcake and dust that all over the face, focusing in the T-zone."
Here's the Makeup I Packed to Disneyland 🤩
"I set the face with powder. I brought my Huda Beauty powder of course in the shade cupcake and I actually have been applying it with this Contour brush from Real Techniques which is kind of not how I've ever used this brush but I've been really enjoying it for powder. I take a little bit of this in the cap and I did bring this puff but a lot of the times when I was just hurrying to get ready I would just go straight in with this brush after concealer because I can use it underneath the eyes and like on the eyelids and I can quickly set the rest of the face too. I just press this in the T-Zone or the areas that I get the most oily throughout the day and then I took a little bit and used a light press to buff in a bit of powder on the sides of the face just so that everything stayed put all day long and it really did stay put all day. I feel like my makeup looked good the entire time and there was some hot days it got up to like 80° Fahrenheit which was crazy especially for a December Disney trip but my makeup honestly stayed put throughout."
This Became My New Favorite Makeup Look 🤍
"I'm going to take a little bit of my Huda Beauty powder and I'm going to take that on the Nikki La Rose N20 small brush. I love this brush. It's new to me, but it's so good because I feel like it allows you to not overdo the powder whatsoever. So, I'm just going to kind of buff this under the eyes and kind of swirl it so that we can get like a really seamless, very precise powder."

My No-Overwhelm Guide to the Sephora Sale (What’s Actually Worth It) ✨
"When it comes to an everyday powder, I'm going to continue to recommend the Huda Beauty powder. I wear a lot of shades, but the one I use the most is Cupcake. It does have a little bit of a pinky tint to it, so it's not going to brighten as much if you have fair skin as Sugar Cookie, which is lighter and brightens a little more than Cupcake. I like this one for everyday because it doesn't brighten too much to where I have too stark of a contrast on an everyday basis. It just almost matches my skin tone, which I really like because I can just slap it all over my face and it really blends into the skin. This is one of my favorite powders. It's like my favorite powder, especially paired with a Tarte concealer under the eyes. It's chef's kiss, a match made in heaven."
The Perfect Holiday Makeup Tutorial
"I'm going to go into my Huda Beauty powder and I'm going to use the shade sugar cookie today which is the lightest shade. I want a little bit more of a glamorous element so I'm feeling like using this lighter shade. I typically will use the shade cupcake on the daily basis which is a little bit more of a pink tone but I want to have that slightly more glamorous airbrushed finish. I'm taking this on a puff and I'm just pressing that underneath the eyes and through the T-Zone just to make sure there's no settling of the product. This is where I always get oily throughout the day so I like to press my powder through the T-Zone. Then I'm going to take a light little dusting of that same powder and set the sides of the face."
Life Update ❤️ While Trying NEW Makeup
"Everyone raves about this powder and I've just been so committed to my Huda Beauty powder I haven't really steered from that, but I've been using it more and more and I'm liking it more and more the more I use it. My problem was that I was using way too much before. With this one, less is more, although it is a very undetectable powder on the face when you do use less. I've noticed that the shade I love more than the rose one that's really popular is number two Satin Blanc. It's got some peach and yellow and a little lavender in there mixed together. It's just a great color in general for my skin tone."
Best Blush EVER?! 🤯 Trying ALL the Shades!
"I set the under eyes and the face with my Huda Beauty powder and the cream blush on top of the powder looks so insanely good. Oh it's divine. If you've never tried this formula I highly recommend you do. They're not the cheapest, okay, so the fact that I have this many is actually a little bit insane but it shows you how much I love these."
Trying New Makeup for Summer...
"I like the finish that this has. It has more of a natural finish so it's not super dewy, it's not super matte, just kind of blends in and has a very skin-like finish to it, which I like. The smell is more strong in the powder than the cream, like as I'm picking it up it's definitely noticeable fragrance, but this is blending out really beautifully. I'm really liking how it's looking so far."
Overcoming Your Fear of Makeup: Part 2
"My personal pick is the Huda Beauty powder. The reason why I love powder is first of all longevity, powder products always last way longer. If you're really worried about how your makeup's wearing off, ask yourself if you're using powder products or a setting powder at all. I feel like it really makes a massive difference. The amount that you use makes a difference, the way that you apply it makes a difference. You have to just kind of practice with personally figuring out the exact amount of product, the right tools to use it with. Maybe you have more mature skin and you're realizing that okay, less is more, especially around the eye area. You don't have to cut out powder; it just means you have to find the right formula and use a less amount, but you can still get the benefits of powder and you can adjust depending on what your skin needs."
My #1 EVERYDAY Makeup RIGHT NOW 😍
"I've been rotating a little more between this one and my Huda Beauty. I feel like I've told you guys every time I use this, I already owned it and honestly I love my Huda one so much that I just didn't really use it as much as everyone else but I've been trying to use it a little bit more actually."
Makeup (And More) I'm Thankful For.. 🫶
"I'm so thankful for my Huda Beauty powder. Can't get enough of this. Just going to lightly tap that on the outsides of the face because I do want to apply a little bit of bronzer."
Allie Glines' Current Beauty Routine | Vogue
"It wouldn't be an Allie Glides tutorial without the Huda Beauty Easy Bake powder. I'm going to use the shade sugar cookie. This stuff is just unmatched. I love to use my little beauty blender puff for this and I literally just take the powder on the puff and go directly underneath the eyes just start to set. I also go through the T-zone with the puff and then with a fluffy brush I like to lightly set the cream on the outside of the face."
Make Your Makeup Look Better Than Ever
"I've been using this Huda Beauty powder for a while now, it's my holy grail and my tried and true. I'm using the shade cupcake today. What I love about this powder formula is that it doesn't feel drying on me in general. It mattifies visibly, but my skin doesn't feel dry. Having that extra hydration underneath, I've noticed just helps my makeup feel more balanced throughout the day. Even if you're wearing powder, it still hydrates the skin so that your makeup just looks better and better throughout the day versus breaking down and getting greasy."
Trying NEW Makeup That GOT ME 😍
"I used this the other day and I've been using it like every day since it is so beautiful for a little bit more of an airbrush look. You guys know how much I love my Huda Beauty powder, still do, still use that like crazy, but this one is like a little bit more, but in the best way. It really smooths the skin so you definitely can see it as far as coverage goes but it still looks just as airbrush, just as smooth. I've been really liking it. This is in the shade vanilla and it looks especially incredible underneath the eyes. A little goes a long way with this, like you really don't need that much."
The BEST Makeup & Skincare from August 2024!
"Especially with my Huda Beauty powder the combo is unbeatable. I love it so much. There's something about this texture that just covers so beautifully. It's like thin but it gives the perfect amount of coverage to where you feel like it still makes a difference. It's not too thin and it just wears so well, especially around the eyes. This 10 out of 10, especially paired with the e.l.f. Foundation, this combo set with the Huda Beauty powder, it's all I'm wearing."

Nikki La Rose Does My Makeup!!! 😱
"I usually use it after my Huda Beauty powder because I love my Huda Beauty. It's one of my favorite all-time favorite powders. It's so good. It has shimmer but it's not very detectable. It feels like a soft radiance to your skin, not like a dull powder. I use a puff and I like to air rush it on. I love it."

IT'S TIME! THE BEST MAKEUP OF 2025 🥳
"The Huda Beauty Easy Bake Loose Powder. This is my holy grail. I still stand by it. It has stood the test of time. I still use it in all my videos and I did not discover it this year. It's been around for a while. I absolutely love this powder. It's foolproof. It's my go-to for everyday. I use the shade Cupcake the most and if you're similar skin tone to me, I feel like Cupcake is my most used. It is so good. I love it and I feel like I will never go without it in my routine."

"I'm really impressed with this. I like how lightweight it is. It doesn't make my skin feel dry or look dry. I'm actually shocked that I haven't tried this sooner. The shade cupcake has a beiginess to it with a little bit of a hint of rosiness, but it's more beige than rosy. I don't find this too brightening in the least. It's like the perfect amount of brightness, and it just blends right into my skin. It's bringing back that luminosity and that skin-like finish, and I'm also getting the longevity with my makeup as well along with the powder."

I'm just going to put it in these areas to really set it before I go in with the rest of my makeup. So really, I'm just setting. I'm not trying to make it look super matte or anything."

How to achieve BRATNESS | Charli XCX Makeup
"I kind of regret it, it really settled into my lines. I'm going to from now on stick to my puff. I think it's better. I don't know, it doesn't work for me if it works for you fantastic, you can give it a shot. I have a lot of loose skin and I don't want this to settle into lines. And then I'm taking this around to the rest of the face I didn't mind it for the rest of the face, but especially with the Tatcha cream, the water cream, it didn't really like mattify it. I ended up having a little bit of oil come through later on, which isn't horrible, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted."
My Go To Makeup when I want to look FLAWLESS
"For my powder I'm using Pound Cake from Huda Beauty with my little Linda Hallberg puff. I load up my puff, tap it on the back of my hand to make sure I'm not going with too much, then I rehydrate my sponge and blend. I make sure that my under eyes are all blended, that there's no creasing, pressing it into the skin using the butt of the sponge to make sure that things are melted together. Then I go in with a brush to make sure there's no creasing or blending against the eyeshadow. Yes, lots of steps, but it's all those little steps that make everything look so flawless and wear perfectly. I wore this makeup for like 16 hours and it just looks so perfect."

"To set my under eyes I've been recently mixing the elf Halo glow with this Huda Beauty powder. I thought it looked pretty decent, maybe a little bit dry. These do really, really, really set. "The Easy Bake powder, that's like what I used to set my under eyes. I used the shade Pound Cake today underneath my eyes. The formula is gorgeous, very very smoothing."
I'm SOOO sorry but this is the best makeup look ever
"I'm going to use a little bit of my Huda Beauty Pound Cake Powder to set underneath the eyes, making sure that everything is nice and blended first, then brushing away things that might get stuck in my crease, and then going in with a puff to apply the powder underneath my eyes, really focusing on setting it. I want to make sure it's nice and smooth but I don't want it to look cakey. Then going in once again with my Huda Beauty powder and my puff to set the rest of the face, always focusing in the center of the face where I tend to get a little oily, and then just slowly blending that into the outer perimeter of the face."

These Products are SO disappointing!! | Makeup releases that left me less than impressed
"It's called Ube powder, U is a deep purple, it's really not that shade right. It's more like a candy floss pink powder, which is still cute, but it's not purple. It was kind of shown as purple so I was a little bit disappointed by the original teasing because it looks like some trickery is going on with lighting and saturating the final video to make it look strangely purple. No one would question like a deeper pink powder like we've all seen pink powder already, so it wouldn't be as exciting right. It wouldn't be like oh, a purple, what does that do? When it's just a regular pink. When the powder is revealed the shade we get is a lot lighter compared to the original visual offer shade. I just thought it was a bit sneaky."
LUXURY BEAUTY IS OVER PRICED!! Here's The Proof!!
"The Huda Beauty Easy Bake Loose Powder in shade Pound Cake is beautiful and nice, though it's slightly unfair to compare loose and pressed powder. Although the prices aren't majorly different from Made by Mitchell, the Huda Beauty one doesn't provide as much variety or fullness of coverage as the Made by Mitchell option."

"I tried a new powder a couple weeks ago and I really really like this one and it is from Huda Beauty, this is their Easy Bake powder. This one is just kind of a universal shade, it's just a very light tan color so it's the perfect shade. It just really blurs my pores, blurs imperfections. It also comes in a mini. The lid is so clever, this part opens up and then you twist it and it's got a powder puff in there, you know how when you travel the powder just comes out of the sifter and is all in the lid. You just snap it in and then close this and it's perfect for travel."
