Ambient Soft Glow Foundation.

"The Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow Foundation [...] gives me that airbrushed look without looking heavy or cakey. It smooths out the pores and looks absolutely flawless. It wears really well on me and remains balanced all day. [...] A lot of mattifying foundations can make me look more oily at the end of the day, but this one really keeps my skin balanced, which I love. I will say the undertone is a little bit off for me and I think I could use a little bit more of a neutral undertone, but [...] I still wear it and I love it so much. It's truly one of my favorite fall foundations."

"With this formula you really won't look makeupy whatsoever, so if there's anyone who's afraid of foundation, I think that type of person would really love a product like this. The Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow Foundation makes your skin look airbrushed and gives great coverage. It literally looks like your skin, if you looked up close you wouldn't know I was wearing anything. My skin looks overall healthier and slightly more even toned. I usually like a little more coverage than what this is giving, but when I step back and see my entire face all at once, I actually really like how it still completely looks like my skin. There's definitely a nice glowy finish to it, and it feels like a bunch of skincare went on my face, it's very rich feeling as far as the hydration level goes."

"I did a Foundation Friday where I put the [Haus Labs] by Lady Gaga Triclone Skin Tech Foundation head to head against the Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow Foundation. I felt like there were better things. They both looked beautiful at first when I first applied them, but as the day wore on they both got shiny and accentuated texture and they both didn't last very well."

"This foundation sat beautifully on my skin and looked really natural and nice when I first applied it. The finish is a soft glow, though I didn't really see a huge amount of blurring or soft focusing of my pores or wrinkles. It played well with the rest of my makeup, didn't look heavy or mask-like, though it did settle into wrinkles on my forehead. I liked it when I first put it on and thought it looked pretty good, and it gave me nice medium coverage unifying my skin tone without looking heavy or cakey. However, at the five hour check-in it was already starting to wear off on my nose, came off where my glasses were, and got really shiny on the side I didn't set. It was already wearing thin on my forehead and getting thinner at the crow's feet where I didn't put concealer. By the ten hour check-in it was pretty worn off and patchy looking all over. For something that promises sixteen hours of wear, I'd say it failed on its promise to blur and soft focus my pores. It does need a setting spray to help it get to ten hours of wear, and it's still settling in my wrinkles. I didn't hate it, but it wasn't giving me that top-notch performance I've come to expect from my best foundations, so neither of these are better than any of my top five to six foundations and I probably really won't even reach for either of them again."
