"I'm not a big fan of mineral sunscreens, however one of my favorite mineral formulations is the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Pure Mineral Relief Daily Sunscreen. It has a really nice blendability into the skin. With mineral sunscreens there's going to be some white cast, I do find it to be minimal on my skin tone, much more noticeable with more melanin, but it's not chalky, thick, and hard to spread on the skin. There's a nice elegance to this. You don't have to rub this really hard into your skin. It blends nicely and settles in very beautifully. I do find mineral filters to be a little drying on my skin, but with this one not as much. There is still a little bit for me personally, but if you've ever had that dehydration from mineral sunscreen, this is a much better, balanced formulation. They've really taken everything into consideration and created what I find to be a rare thing to say: an elegant mineral sunscreen."

"It's an SPF 50 and PA+++ daily sunscreen that contains mineral filters, black rice, rice bran oil, niacinamide, and other plant-derived extracts that are nourishing. Because of that, I feel like it's the most dense texture-wise, but it's still very much lightweight and easy to spread and leaves no white cast. It's fragrance-free, free of color and drying alcohol, so it's great for those with dry and sensitive skin. Finish-wise it still gives a semi-dewy finish, it's definitely not mattifying."

"This is the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Pure Mineral Relief Daily Sunscreen. I really like this one. I purchased this and I've been trying it out. It's fragrance free, it's really nice. It's got ceramides, glutathione. It's really emollient but it's not shiny or greasy, and of course it's got really great UV filters in it."

"The finish is not very greasy, it's more of a hydrated finish and it is slightly slidey so you can blend out any white streaks pretty easily. This has a cream gel consistency. I personally tend not to prefer mineral sunscreens, but this is one of my favorite formulas so far. It's from Kolmar and I just feel like they really know how to make good sunscreens that people enjoy using. It's also got niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and I think that's what contributes to this being not too drying and not too greasy. It is just hydrating, which is pretty rare with mineral sunscreens. I always love a good pump container with my sunscreens. I find them really nice and easy to dispense and you can easily work out how many pumps you need to use. For my face, these ones I would need three pumps, and it would be three to six pumps probably for most people depending on the size of your face."
