The Truth About Haruharu Wonder: DON'T Buy Until You Watch This

"This cleansing oil I'd give a great rating, but Sally, who has oily combo skin, gave it a no. Compared to something like Anua's cleansing oil, which is more of a water like oil, this one feels a bit like Banila Co, not as heavy as Banila but still thick. A lot of oily combo girls don't like Banila's cleansing oil because it feels too heavy, so I'd put this one in the middle. If you want a more lightweight cleansing oil, better to go with something like Mixsoon, Round Lab, Anua, or Numbuzin. But if you love a manual, thicker cleansing oil like me, and you have dry mature skin, I don't mind the thick texture, it feels more creamy and works better for me. Try it out, it's good, well made."

"This is a repurchase for me and one of my favorite cleansing oils, which I didn't expect because it's a heavier cleansing oil and I thought it might be too heavy. It actually works really well, and because it's heavy it doesn't drip into your eyes when removing eye makeup. It's also fragrance free. This is still one of my top recommendations to this day."

"This is my new favorite. Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Moisture Deep Cleansing Oil goes without saying this meets all my basic requirements for an oil cleanser: has to effortlessly remove all my stubborn eye makeup, also emulsify and rinse off completely clean. I absolutely love the texture of this, which is bouncy and it's not oily or greasy, which I think is characteristic of rice brand oil. It's rather light. This has to be the most comforting oil cleansing experience I've had in a long time. It really feels luxurious to apply. It's that bouncy texture which makes the whole massaging process and cleansing process feel really nice and comforting. This formula is only nine ingredients and is 95% natural plant oils. This also cleanses really deeply, has an impact on removing blackheads as well. It's strong enough as a first cleanser to keep my skin decongested through the warmer months but without stripping it at all."

"I'm no stranger to cleansing oils and I have used them for a long time, and really when it comes to cleansing oils it's hit or miss depending on the individual formula. But [...] one of the things I love about this one is that [...] it is not too runny, and another thing I don't always love about cleansing oils is that sometimes I just felt like I could not get them off my face, I would rinse with water over and over and over again. But I remember being absolutely shook the first time I used this because I rinsed it and immediately everything came off, it was so seamless, so easy. My skin felt clean and I didn't have that oily consistency afterwards. And then when I looked at the ingredient list I was like oh babe, I am sold on this. It's all these incredible oils that I typically find in products that are left on the skin, let alone in cleansing oils. So I think the formula is just so impressive, and most importantly the experience is really lovely. [...] The fact that this one more than measured up is very impressive."
