It has avobenzone, octinoxate, and octocrylene as the UV sunscreen active ingredients. It also has niacinamide, which is good for supporting the needs of the barrier and is an antioxidant, so helpful for warding off oxidative stress in the setting of UV exposure, helpful for redness, and helps to defend against free radicals that otherwise impair barrier recovery. It's a really great formula. It is very rich and thick in comparison to many other Korean sunscreens."

"This is a completely chemical sunscreen from Haru Haru Wonder, their Black Rice Moisture Airy Fit Daily Sunscreen SPF 50. It's a PA++++ in which means that they have tested the UVB separately from the UVA. This is a standard white chemical sunscreen but it uses sunscreening ingredients that aren't available here in the US, they're available in most of the rest of the world, and for me they're much much less irritating on my skin than US chemical sunscreens. I love this. It's very lightweight, doesn't feel greasy. If you have never met a sunscreen that you liked because it felt greasy and disgusting and you just couldn't wear it, give this one a try. You will probably love it. It's not shiny, it's not white casty, it's just the most beautiful sunscreen."

This is often one that I recommend for colder weather because it does have this really interesting moisturizing texture to it, almost like kind of balm balmy. It's a bit occlusive, but it actually has been an amazing one for summer because it doesn't, it's not a really wet sunscreen. And it doesn't offer a ton of shine. I do have some good glow building layers underneath for my skincare routine, but this isn't going to push me over the edge and make me look greasy, and it actually acts as a really nice makeup primer as well. I often skip out my primer step when I'm using this sunscreen because my makeup grips to it so nicely. I just really appreciate that finish about this sunscreen."

"I had to re-review this product because I am deeply in love with this now. It has revealed so many benefits to me that I'm actually starting to rely on this as my main squeeze sunscreen. This is such an amazing sunscreen. It is a chemical sunscreen that uses four different new generation chemical filters. What's really unique about this is the texture because so many K beauty sunscreens have that sort of wet essency dewy like quality to it, but this is different. "I am really impressed with this off of my first kind of First Impressions with this because it brings in a lot of qualities of different sunscreens but in a unique and fresh way. It brings in so much of what I love about those two sunscreens, the moisture and creaminess and the protective feel, with more of the light airiness and breathability and comfort in the same bottle. It's a cream, it's moisturizing, it makes your skin feel really soft and silky. There is almost like a balmy occlusivity to this, it's definitely got presence on the skin, it's just not as heavy. "The black rice pure mineral relief daily sunscreen is a mineral sunscreen using zinc oxide and it offers SPF 50 plus PA++++4 protection. I always introduce it as one of my favorite mineral sunscreens, and I personally hate mineral sunscreens. Take it from me, I never like mineral sunscreens, but I do like this one. I do have some melanin in my skin, so there will always be some type of white cast on my skin, and I also have very dehydration prone skin and there's something about the mineral filters themselves that seem to zap a lot of moisture from my skin. All that being said though, I do occasionally use them and I do test them out."

"This is the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Moisture Airy Fit Daily Sunscreen. This offers SPF 50 plus PA+4 protection in an all new generation chemical filter formula. This sunscreen also features black rice, which is a potent antioxidant, and it's a really great pair with your sunscreen to really boost that protection from the sun. This has such a nourishing, creamy texture, but it's not overly rich, heavy, or wet feeling on the skin. This really glides effortlessly onto the skin, and it leaves your skin with a moisturized, but not overly dewy or greasy kind of a look. This has a medium weight on the skin, but I find it really great in the springtime when I'm still kind of suffering with some dehydration and with some dryness. This is a great moisturizer for the season for my skin. But this can also double as your moisturizer and sunscreen product. If you have less dryness on your skin or if you have an oily skin type, this can actually save you some steps in the morning because it functions beautifully as a moisturizer."

"This is matte and the reason that makes this sunscreen not only unique but also special is there are a lot of people out there who have oily skin but they still need some type of moisture introduction in their sunscreen. The fact that this is like dense and creamy but not heavy and doesn't leave an oily finish on the skin is really special. This is my current favorite sunscreen for use under makeup. It has this very beautiful primer-like quality but not the slippy silicone type primers. It just grips onto my makeup super well and I don't have any issues with it peeling up or breaking up my makeup over the course of the day. This does not have any white cast. I think that is such a huge positive for Asian sunscreens in general because many of them use advanced UV filters ones that are not approved by the FDA in the United States not because they're unsafe but because our FDA just cannot get its act together. But the fact that you can put on a creamy nourishing sunscreen and not have it leave any type of cast on your skin, it's not something you come across a lot in US sunscreens and I think it's why I reach for Korean sunscreen so often now."

For me, this is comparable, if not better, than some of the most viral sunscreens going around at the moment. This one in particular is their chemical sunscreen. It goes on super clear. It's non-greasy, truly, throughout the day as well, with reapplication. Back when it was sunny and we had those heat waves and I had to reapply, it wasn't greasy, it didn't feel like it was building up. It wasn't slipping around my face and falling into my eyes. They describe it as a velvet finish, which usually I hate because usually with velvety finishes, my face feels like a little bit tight, a little bit dry."

"It's got the ingredients of a nice calming soothing repairing serum plus a moisturizer plus a sunscreen. Works great under makeup, doesn't peel, doesn't sting my eyes. I could put this right over my eyes and it doesn't sting in the beard throughout the hairline. It's just a go-to for so many people. This one feels like a nice moisturizer, but it's super lightweight. No greasy finish whatsoever. Finish kind of lands in between a velvety matte finish, but with a natural glow. So if you hate matte skin, you're still going to like this. If you don't want an overly dewy glow, which is the more popular look nowadays, you are still going to like this because it just has this natural skin glow. No stingy eyes, no white cast.
