"When I first tried this I was enamored at how it hydrated my skin. The black rice antioxidants in here were so good for me, and especially when used under sunscreen, not only did it feel amazing but my skin would look better by the end of the day when normally I was used to my large pores and areas of patchiness kind of showing up. This is made in Korea with some of the most hydrating hyaluronic acid and black rice for antioxidants. I would say it's fantastic for combo skin and you can use it if you're dry with a moisturizer or if you're oily on its own. The best part is that they now have a sensitive skin option. In the past they only had the fragranced one with lavender, but now they have a fragrance-free sensitive skin safe one that is the best."

"The high quality hyaluronic acid in this is in this list. If you feel your skin needs that dose of ingredient, reach for this. It's really nice, it feels gorgeous on the skin. It's got a slightly thicker texture, a bit more gel like, and it feels just as nice. The fragrance isn't overpowering, it's there but it's not too much. My skin doesn't tolerate a lot of hyaluronic acid but I've gotten really well with this, and I think if you like that ingredient, this is probably the one that I would personally recommend."

"I really love a toning step if you have sensitive skin because working in layers of added hydration can really make the skin not just look better, look more plump and supple, but also feel a lot better. A hydrating toner like this can kind of act as a gentle buffer between your skin and any skincare actives that might be irritating, like retinoids or acids. It's nice and liquidy, layers very nicely under other products, it's super lightweight on the skin. The Haru Haru products are also fragrance-free, so with people who have sensitive skin, me included, sometimes fragrance can just set things off, and so going in with things that are fragrance-free just helps eliminate that variable from the sensitive skin equation.
