What the gurus are saying

This toner earns consistent praise for its soothing, hydrating texture, thin and watery but with a gentle viscosity that feels nice on skin. Gurus found it particularly good for post-shave use and for light hydration, though some note it does not deliver the multi-level moisture boost or dramatic firmness improvement that heavier Korean hydrating toners offer. It is a solid everyday hydrator rather than a Holy Grail, best suited for those seeking gentle, straightforward hydration.

"I really enjoyed it. It's really nice, it's really gentle. It's very watery but it's a little bit thicker than the average toner. It's got rice in there, rice ferment, super hydrating."

"Coming in with the Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner from Goodal, this is not as viscous as snail mucin but it's pretty hydrating."

"The Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner is not a milky toner. It's thinner in consistency compared to snail serum but it's a little viscous and it's nice and hydrating."

"This is a humectant rich hydrating toner free of fragrance. It's nice and hydrating, but I don't honestly appreciate a huge change in my skin, I don't appreciate a massive difference in firmness. I don't get that multi level improvement in moisture content that I get with a lot of Korean hydrating toners. This is more of a soothing light hydration toner. I think it would be a good option post shave, but it's not a Holy Grail, probably not one I would necessarily repurchase at this point."

"I purchased the Goodall Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner to try out. It's definitely a fluid, very hydrating, kind of soothing to put on like after you shave. So far so good, I've actually used quite a bit of it, I've been putting it on my face and neck, it's good, I've been liking it."

"A few weeks ago I purchased this Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner. Korean hydrating toners like this are really nice if you use them as an aftershave, but as far as a basic skincare routine goes, they're certainly not necessary by any means whatsoever."
