The Gold Bond product has niacinamide, so that's going to be good for hyperpigmentation. It doesn't have aloe, but it has urea, which is really good for softening the skin and improving skin texture and may help in accelerating the rate of fading of hyperpigmentation. It also has a more stable form of vitamin C than the ascorbic acid the Ambi product has, and it has gluconolactone, ceramides, and sodium hyaluronate. So you're getting the niacinamide but in a product that's less expensive and free of that fragrance."
