Monochromes Eyeshadow Palette in Jute.

"This is their Glossier Monochromes palette in the shade Jute. This only has three pans in it and it's almost a perfect palette. These are really pretty eyeshadows, very unusual colors just because they are so neutral, and it's a great palette for like an everyday look. So if you just want to disguise your hoods you just pop this neutral matte color in the crease and you're good to go. You want to add a nice shimmer, it's got these two really pretty like taupey shimmer colors, a lighter one for the center or the inner corner and a darker one for the outer corner of the eye, and it makes a beautiful simple everyday eye look."

"This is so perfect for people who are makeup minimalists because when you look at a palette like this with 12 pans it's just overwhelming, you don't know what to use, you don't know which color to dip into. This one is so much easier because it's only three pans. This shade here is the perfect crease blending shade if you have hooded eyes and your skin is older and your hood is laying on top of your eyelashes. This shade is the perfect shade to make your hood recede but without being too dark and too heavy looking. It's also a nice neutral taupe, it's not too warm, it's not too cool, and it just gives me the perfect blend up there. Then I've added this shimmer shade on the movable lid and I added the lighter shimmer shade right in the center to give the center of my eyelid a little pop. I wish that it wasn't two shimmers and one matte. I wish it was two mattes and one shimmer, that would make it a perfect palette for me. I would like a darker matte in here because it doesn't give you anything to smoke out the edges, so I did go in and add a little bit of another shade right down here into the outer corner just to blend that out and darken it up a little bit."

"If you're not looking for a big palette and you're more of a minimal makeup user but you just want to put on a little bit of eyeshadow, I highly recommend this little Glossier palette. These are the Monochromes palettes, they come in a few different color ways. This one is the cool neutral one, so of course this is my favorite. This one is called Jute and it's just beautiful and I love it because it's got one matte shade, two shimmers, but they're color coordinated, they're very pale. This is just such an easy, like, one-and-one palette, so beautiful."
