What the gurus are saying

Gurus consistently praise the After Balm for its rich, occlusive formula that delivers lasting hydration without irritation. A standout strength is its gentleness on compromised skin barriers, even outperforming other repair creams in sensitivity tests. The formula's efficiency and affordable price point for the quantity are also recurring themes, though the thickness means it works best as a nighttime treatment or in winter routines.

"The Glossier After Balm is really thick. I've been using this for my winters now, a couple years well really since it came out and I've still got a bunch of it left. There's a lot of waxes in here and oils, thick oils, so it's great. You can certainly use it in your daytime routine or evening routine. It will last you forever. It's not terribly expensive to begin with, it's like 27 bucks and a little bit goes a very long way."

"When you try new things sometimes your skin barrier gets pretty irritated. I was using some of my favorites, even La Roche Posay triple moisturizing cream, their double repair facial moisturizing cream, CeraVe healing ointment, and even those were kind of burny and stingy, but this was not. So this has become a staple in my repair skincare routine now. I have just been wildly impressed with that product."
