"Starting with a retinoid in your 20s is a great idea. Something I wish I would have done. As you hit 25, 26 you start to lose around 1% of collagen a year and as you start to use retinoids you can help with that collagen production over time. Over time being the key word. So even though you start using it in your 20s you're not going to see a massive difference then but your later self will thank you."
