"For years, us oily folk have kind of been conditioned to believe that sunscreen isn't for us. There'll never be one that actually feels nice and enjoyable to use. There are, they do exist, but they are few and far between. Fortunately, a new launch in the last couple of months has kind of revolutionized the sunscreen game for us oily folk, and it's this, the Geek and Gorgeous Zero Feel SPF. Little game changer and has made such a difference to my skincare routine on those super oily days. The reason I love this is it's matte, but not dead pan matte. You know, where sometimes we can wear a sunscreen and it almost appears chalky on the skin. Not at all. This is just a nice natural skin finish with oil under control, not peeking through even after a little bit of wear and just boosting your skin confidence. It feels beautiful. It doesn't clog the pores. It doesn't break you out and it is just the nicest finish for us oily skinned folk. Now, I believe if you have more dryness skin type, you can still use this. You might just want to put a moisturizer on first, then top it off with this. If you're oily, this is a moisturizer and a sunscreen in one. So, it's just one of those dream products. And I think had this style of product existed when I was in my teens, I would have used a lot more sunscreen than I did cuz it's honestly just a pleasure to apply. It's super lightweight. This isn't dewy, greasy, exacerbating the oil, but it's also not chalky and dead looking, which is what some matte sunscreens can give. It's just a gorgeous natural skin finish. So yeah, if you have an oily skin type, promise me you will give this a go this year because it is just a dream. Super affordable, budget friendly sunscreen."

"I just discovered a new sunscreen that I'm really excited about, from Geek and Gorgeous, their Zero Feel Matte sunscreen or face cream depending on what country you buy it in. It's an SPF 50 sunscreen with no white cast and a matte finish. "I discovered an amazing new sunscreen that I'm absolutely in love with, the Geek and Gorgeous Zero Feel SPF 50. It has a PA++++ rating, which means it's the highest UVA protection. This is the first sunscreen I've ever tried that I could put on my face and not have to do anything else, just go about my day without looking weird. With every other sunscreen I've tried it's either a white cast, the tint doesn't match me, it's super shiny, it makes my pores look huge, it feels super greasy, I need to powder it or put makeup over it. "I love that they did this. I wish every brand would do this. They've got four different sunscreen filters: Avobenzone, Octinoxate, Tinosorb S, and Enzacamene, which is a chemical UVB filter. And then other beneficial ingredients, we've got vitamin E. It's a pretty short ingredient list, but I'm really loving this stuff."

"We've got silica, which is an oil absorbing ingredient. We've got vitamin E, which is a great antioxidant. And then we've also got carnauba wax, which is a great emollient. Once this soaks in, it feels like silk on my skin, actually. Not tacky at all. Feels really nice. For acne prone skin we've got a few ingredients of note: demethicone, carnauba wax can be somewhat comedogenic, we've got cetearyl alcohol which is a fatty alcohol, and then carbomer. Nothing hugely concerning for acne prone skin. If you have oily skin, this is going to be very appreciated because there's not a lot of sunscreens that really have this nice of a finish with this good of ingredients that works well for oily skin."

"I'm loving the Geek and Gorgeous sunscreen. It feels like a nice sunscreen that's easy to apply liberally. We've got all the good chemical filters in here. We've got vitamin E, we've got ectoine, sodium hyaluronate, we've got the PDRN in here, which is great. There are studies showing it's great for wound healing and skin soothing and anti-inflammatory.
