"Azelaic acid, this is the one by Geek & Gorgeous, their A-Zaic, which is my favorite azelaic acid. It calms, soothes, and reduces irritation in the skin. Whilst retinal is a lot less sensitizing than retinol, you might still get some sensitivity, particularly if you're new and starting from scratch. However, if you incorporate azelaic acid alongside it, that'll minimize any sensitivity and irritation in the skin and I feel just get you enhanced results. Azelaic acid is also great at evening out the skin tone, so it's definitely a quick win to pair alongside your retinal of choice for just some enhanced results and less risk of sensitivity and irritation."
