"This is the Garnier micellar gentle peeling water with 1% PHA and glycolic acid. I'm normally very careful with glycolic acid, but this is an example of a product I was actually able to use, probably because the glycolic acid in it is at such trace levels that it's mostly the PHA doing the work, since it's made to be used around the eye area. I don't think this was significantly different from the other Garnier micellar waters, and ultimately I still think Bioderma is a little bit better."

"Look, this one's got PHA and glycolic acid. This seems more like a toner to me. Like it would be useful in that regard. Okay, maybe I might have to give these a try."

"These have literally given me exfoliation and vitamin C at a time that I needed them"
