"Sculptra is a stimulatory filler that in theory can be thought of as like pre-juvenation because it does slowly over time help to improve and build upon the dermal layers. It's this gradual thing improving collagen and elastin. So there's a case to be made there as far as future volume loss and sagging, but again there's not a lot of real good clinical data looking at long-term outcomes of that. It's more so something that is nice to pitch to 20-somethings in order to sell them Sculptra. So keep that in mind. It's not heavily data driven or predictable. Like there's only so much prevention you know and lifestyle factors are going to make a huge difference."

"Sculptra is so hot right now. She's an oldie, okay? She's been around for decades. It's a wonderful bio stimulator, collagen builder. It used to be reconstituted with 5 cc's of bacteria saline or sterile water and now it's almost like a hybrid dilute version with 9 cc's reconstitution, which got FDA cleared back in 2023. It's a nice beautiful light wash of it. We're not worried about all of these clumpy overprepared nodules of too much collagen in a certain space because you're diluting it more."
